Eastern Times Correspondent, Dhaka, 2 September: The date of flight operation between India and Bangladesh under the Air Bubble Agreement has been deferred again. As per the previous announcement, India-Bangladesh flights will not start on September 3. Flight operation between the two neighboring countries is likely to start from next week.
Secretary for Foreign Affairs Ministry Masud Bin Momen made the disclosure to the reporters after an inter-ministerial meeting on Wednesday (September 1).
He said flights between the two neighboring would not start on September 3 due to lack of preparation and health protocols of the airlines during the coronavirus situation.
However, he hoped that all preparations would be completed by next week.
